1. What types of martial arts do you offer?
We mainly teach Taekwondo Kukkiwon and Olympic Style for our group classes and private lessons. We do however teach Kickboxing, Krav Maga or Mixed Self defense class. Our programs cater to different skill levels and ages. No prior experience necessary.
2. What is the age range for classes?
Our classes are designed for various age groups. We have programs for children as young as 4yo, teenagers and adults.
3. Do I need any prior experience to join?
No prior experience is necessary. We welcome beginners as well as those with previous martial arts training.
4. What should I wear to my first class?
Comfortable workout clothes are suitable for your first class. Once you decide to continue, we can provide you with the appropriate martial arts uniform.
5. How often should I attend classes?
For beginners, especially kids, 1 class a week will be enough just to get them introduced. As you progress 2-3 times a week would be helpful. However, you can choose a schedule that best fits your personal goals and lifestyle.
